While we are keen on knowing Samsung’s flagship products for the year 2020, the names of these are out now. One of the Korean media outlets reports that the company had secret meetings with one of the telecom partners at CES 2020 and the persons who attended the meeting have got to see the unannounced  Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S series and foldable flagship phones. The chief DJ Koh of Samsung has also actually confirmed the names of the two products.

The Galaxy S11 series was first up. It confirmed that the rumours of the rename were real.  Koh himself assured that the new phone models will certainly be called as Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra respectively.

The name of the clamshell foldable Samsung phone was also revealed by Kohl. The device will be called Galaxy Bloom instead of Galaxy Fold 2. While the name change reason is unknown, Kohl still explained the Lancome’s make-up products are the inspiration for this phone.  In fact, the company has planned to target the women this 2020 with the new foldable phone.

It is reported that the Galaxy Bloom will support both 4G and 5G. Samsung has also reported that it has worked with Google and has come up with 8K videos mainstream and both Galaxy 20 series and Bloom will support 8k video recording. YouTube is also expected to enable 8K video streaming once the products are launch in the market on February 11.

This is definitely a huge plus for Samsung but however, it would be interesting if the details on 8k video supporting get leaked at the earliest and guess we will have to wait until we hear more from Samsung!
