Millie Bobby of Stranger Things Changed Schools Due to Pressure from Bullies

Star of popular tv show Stranger Things, Millie Bobby says she was forced to shift schools as she was bullied a lot in her previous schools.

Teenage star Millie who was forced to go off Twitter due to cyberbullies is not only an active campaigner in favor of anti-bullying but also UNICEF’s youngest Goodwill Ambassador.

She expresses how she was bullied at school in England and how that gave her a lot of anxiety and created a set of issues for her that she still has to deal with today.

Millie goes on to express how she has had to deal with issues and situations in real as well as online that have broken her soul and has hurt her extremely.

The star who is going to be debuted in Godzilla: King of monsters says that young people too live their lives under pressure and that she wants to do her best to put an end to the violence that children face and to make sure they are protected too.

Unicef’s youngest ambassador stresses on how social media can be so cruel and negative with a lasting impact. She says she’s been a victim to negative statements on social media and it has been a horrible experience for her.

In an interview with the fellow ambassador, Orlando Bloom, she stated that she wants to spread positivity. She wants to help in making social media a happy place. She sheds light on the fact that the world can be a cruel place, but we should put in our efforts to be kind to others and have hope that someday they’ll be kind too.

She is trying to raise awareness about how social can give you the best of both worlds; it gives us such beautiful messages but at the same time can be very cruel and spiteful. But this shouldn’t be the reason we do not use this platform be spread positivity.
